What is a Special Account Discount?

There are certain times during your Zenfolio subscription when you will be granted a special discount to be applied to your next print order. You will be notified of this Special Account Discount via email and a notification in your Dashboard. This discount will be applicable only toward orders placed by you from your Zenfolio account. The email and Dashboard notification will have specific details of the available vendors and timeframe of the promotion.

 
How can I take advantage of the Special Account Discount?

To take advantage of the sale, simply place the order by clicking on “Buy” from the Dashboard when logged in to your account. The sale price only applies to base-lab prices, and is automatically calculated when a product is added to your cart. Once products are in your cart, you will see the discounted prices only, not the regular prices.
 

How do I know if I’m eligible for the Special Account Discount?

The participating vendors and the purchase time available for your account will be listed in the Notifications are in the Dashboard of your account's Dashboard.
 

Which are the participating vendors?

The vendors that are participating in the First Order Discount program are Mpix, One Vision Imaging, fotoflot, nulab professional imaging, NuShots, and Zenfolio Photo Products. The vendors available may vary by subscription level, currency and geography. The vendors and purchase times available for your account will be listed in your Dashboard. Click “Selling” in the top navigation and select Products from Integrated Vendors.
 

There is another sale going on. Can I still take advantage of my Special Account Discount?

Absolutely. Discount in the shopping cart are applied per priceable item and the deepest account will always be applied. The Special Account Discount may override any other running sale for some products if it is the deepest discount, while in other cases the running sale will override the Special Account Discount. This includes sales containing shipping discounts.
 
I had placed an order with one of the vendors but then cancelled it. Do I still qualify for the Special Account Discount with this same vendor?

Yes, as long as the order was never fulfilled you are still eligible to receive the Special Account Discount.
 

I have placed an order with one of the participating vendors. Do I still qualify for a discount with the other vendors?

Yes, the discount is available on the orders with each of the participating vendors. The vendors still available will be listed in the notification in your Dashboard.
 

My client is placing an order but did not get the discount.

This discount cannot be extended to your clients. The discount program was designed to create an affordable way for our subscribers to get familiar with the products from our vendors.
 

How do I place an order in my account?

To place an order, select the photo you'd like to purchase in the Dashboard. Click the "Buy" button at the top of the image window (next to the Photo Actions Menu) and proceed to checkout. The sale price will automatically be displayed on sale items with no coupon code required.

Does the sale require a coupon code?

All sale prices are automatically calculated with no coupon code required. In the shopping cart, you will see the discounted prices only, not the regular prices for all eligible products.
 

I do not see the discount in my order. Did I get the discount?

The sale price only applies to orders placed using base lab prices. The discount is automatically deducted when products are added to your cart. To compare the regular prices with the sale prices, see the product page for the specific vendor.
 

How do I extend the discount to my customers?

This discount cannot be extended to your clients. The discount program was designed to create an affordable way for our subscribers to get familiar with the products from our vendors.
