Exporting Photos to Social Media

You can export any of your photos to Facebook, Flickr, Animoto, and ProShow Web at any time. We highly recommend using a watermark to protect your photos when using this feature.

You can now export to a Business Facebook Page but only to a New Album or Existing Album, not to the Business Page Timeline.
 

If you are Using the Photo Actions Menu

  1. In the Dashboard, go to the Photos tab.
  2. In the Organizer, click to select the gallery containing the photograph you would like to export.
  3. Click to select the photo you would like to export in the Organizer or Main Area.

    Note: You can select multiple photos by holding down the Control key (Command key on a Mac) while highlighting photo thumbnails.

  4. Select Photo Actions from the Section Menu in the Main Area. A drop-down menu will appear.
  5. Choose Export from a list of options. A pop-up window will open.
  6. Click to select Facebook, Flickr, Animoto, or Proshow Web. A pop-up window will open.

If you are Using the Photo Menu

  1. In the Dashboard, go to the Photos tab.
  2. In the Organizer, click to select the gallery containing the photograph you would like to export.
  3. Click to select the photo you would like to export in the Organizer or Main Area then click on the down menu arrow that appears.
  4. In the menu that appears, choose Export. A popup window will open
  5. Click to select FacebookFlickrAnimoto, or Proshow Web. A pop-up window will open.

Continue exporting Photos to Facebook

  1. If you are not logged in to your Facebook account, you will be prompted to do so before continuing.
  2. Select the size of the image you would like to export to Facebook.
  3. If your Facebook login in associated with more than one Facebook page, select the Facebook page to which you would like to export the Photo.
  4. Click to select an existing album on Facebook or create a new one. Enter the necessary information in the form fields provided.
  5. Choose which set of people are allowed to view the exported image.
  6. Click to select a Watermark from the drop-down menu if you would like to add one.

    Note: The Watermark feature is available with the Pro and Advanced subscriptions only.

  7. Click Continue.

On the next page, check the box next to Send email to email address when upload is finished.  Even when not selected, a notice will be displayed in the Dashboard when the export has been completed.
Click Export to start the Export process.

Continue exporting Photos to Flickr

  1. If you are not logged in to your Flickr account you will be prompted to do so before continuing
  2. ​Click to select the Flickr destination to which you would like the photos imported.
  3. Click to select the size you would like from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click to select if you would like the exported item(s) to be Public or Private from the drop-down menu.
    Check the box next to Allow Friends or Allow Family if desired.
  5. Click to select a Watermark from the drop-down menu if you would like to add one.

    Note: The Watermark feature is available with the Pro and Advanced subscriptions only.
     
  6. Click Continue.
Flickr Export
On the next page, check the box next to Send email to email address when upload is finished.  Even when not selected, a notice will be displayed in the Dashboard when the export has been completed.
Click Export to start the Export process.




 

Continue exporting Photos to Animoto

Note: If you are not logged in to your Animoto account you will be prompted to do so before continuing.

  1. Click Create Video beneath the Styles listed.
  2. Your selected photos will be transferred to Animoto, where you can complete your video project.

Continue exporting Photos to ProShow Web

Note: If you are not logged in to your ProShow Web account you will be prompted to do so before continuing. You must multiple-select all the photos to be used in your video project at the same time. You cannot add photos after the video project has been made.

  1. Your selected photos will be transferred to ProShow Web, where you can complete your video project.
