Can someone help me design my site? 
At Zenfolio, you have the opportunity to work with a site that is already built and ready to be customized to suit your particular needs.  We have a great Help Center with hundreds of illustrated articles and video tutorials.

We can also answer any questions that you have about customizing your site through email support 365 days a year. In addition, Advanced plan users have access to Live Chat, Monday through Friday (6AM to 5PM Pacific Time) and Phone Support, Monday through Thursday (10AM to 3PM Pacific Time).

Shari Warren of Warren Creative Design Services is a professional designer and illustrator. As a Zenfolio member herself, she is dedicated to helping other users with the design and customization of their website. What happens when my account closes?
Once the account closes, the site is taken offline. All images, videos and site settings are added to a queue for permanent deletion.

If your account has been closed and you would like to re-open it, please send us a message through our contact page with your request.  We only have a limited amount of time to recover closed accounts so send us your request as soon as possible.
 


Is is possible to transfer all of my photos from another service to yours?
There are a few great third party migration tools available that work with some of the more popular sites. You can take a look at the options at this link.
 

What are your hours for support?
We are available to answer your questions by email, around the clock, 365 days a year.  In many cases, we are able to reply to emails within an hour.

With the Advanced plan, Phone Support is also available Monday to Thursday 10AM to 3PM Pacific time and Live Chat is available Monday through Friday 6AM to 5PM Pacific Time.
 

How do I access the Live Chat?
The Live Chat feature is available to our Advanced plan subscribers and can be accessed by logging into your account and clicking on the Live Chat link in the Dashboard.


Where are you located?
Our main office is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, near San Francisco CA, and we have a network of servers all over the globe.
 

Do you have phone support?
Phone support is available for Advanced account subscribers.  For photographers with that plan, Phone Support is available from Monday through Thursday 10AM to 3PM Pacific timeAlso exclusively for Advanced plan holders, Live Chat is available Monday through Friday 6AM to 5PM Pacific Time.

For Zenfolio subscribers with other plans, we are happy to answer questions by email (around the clock, 365 days/year). In many cases, we are able to reply to emails within an hour.
