Note: Orders submitted with the 'no color corrections' option checked are not eligible for reprinting by Mpix due to color issues.

PICTO is committed to supplying quality prints- they guarantee that the prints and products are printed to the exact specifications of the order. If there is an issue with the order and the order was not printed exactly as specified, please contact Zenfolio support within 15 days after receiving the order.

They may request that the printed product be shipped back to verify the issue and for quality control reasons. If the issue is confirmed to be due to a PICTO issue, the orders may be reprinted or refunded. 

Return shipping fees must be paid by the client/photographer, but it will be refunded if the issue is confirmed to be due to PICTO.
