Uploading and Linking to PDF documents

This feature is exclusive to Pro and Advanced account subscribers.

This feature allows users to upload and store PDF files in their account.  Uploaded PDF files will receive their own direct link that the photographer can share with their clients to allow their clients to download the PDF file.

Site menu items can be linked to uploaded PDF documents as desired so you can create a link in your Site Menu that can be used for directly downloading the file.  Example uses for this are things like customer testimonials, price lists, FAQ, model release forms, etc.

There is a limit of 64MB for each uploaded PDF file.

A Friendly Link (URL) can be applied to make the presentation of PDF documents more professional.

Uploading a PDF to PDF Storage

  1. In the Dashboard, hover the mouse pointer over Website then click on PDFs.
  2. Click New. A pop-up window will load.
  3. Click Browse to select the desired file from your computer.
  4. The Friendly Link (URL) text field will auto-fill with the PDF title. You can change this title if desired by typing alternative text into the field.
  5. Click Upload.

PDF Upload

The PDF file can be downloaded using its Friendly URL.  That URL can be given to those you would like to be able to download the PDF file.

You can also provide access to the PDF file by adding a link to your Site Menu that links directly to the PDF file.
