User Agreement and How to hide the Powered By Zenfolio Link

The Powered By Zenfolio link displayed at the bottom of the Visitor View of all sites can be hidden by users with Pro and Advanced plans, as well as those with legacy selling plans.

Note that while the Powered By Zenfolio notice can be disabled, we generally do not recommend it. The link includes your referral code so you’ll earn credit for anyone who signs up for Zenfolio via the link on your site.

This link can be hidden in the Footer option in Customize Website View.‚Äč

In the Dashboard, hover your mouse pointer over
Website then click on Customize Website.

Site User Agreement

Any website that collects personal data is required by law to have a Privacy Policy. A ‘Terms and Conditions/User Agreement’ section is also strongly recommended.

All Zenfolio sites include a combined User Agreement/Privacy Policy that visitors can access from the bottom of any page. Among other things the agreement covers intellectual property, copyright, and how personal information is stored and protected.

Because the display of the Privacy Policy is a legal requirement, these cannot be removed or hidden from any user's site.  Please note that we have tried to make the link as unobtrusive as possible so it’s there when needed but does not distract from your photography.

Note that photographers will still be able to create an additional Terms of Use/User Agreement or Privacy Policy page (as a Custom Page) if needed.
