Visitor Tracking

Zenfolio records all access requests related to your account, and makes this statistical information available to you in real time for each photograph, gallery, group, and account overall.

A gallery is counted to have a visitor if at least one full size photo from it is viewed (viewing of thumbnails does not count). It's important to realize if the same visitor looks at another photo in the same gallery, only the photo counter will be incremented but not the gallery counter.

When an image is clicked in a gallery thumbnails page, either the Quick Shop page or the gallery photo page will be displayed- when one of those pages is displayed, that is when the visitor counter will count the visit.

Zenfolio Collected Visitor Statistics

You can see how many people visited your photographs on by going to the Visitors section of the Dashboard then clicking on Visitor Stats.

Available visitors' statistics:

  • Number of visitors this calendar month, and compare that to the number of visitors last calendar month.

For every gallery and photograph, the total number of visitors can be seen at the top of the Toolbox by clicking on the information icon .
